Strathcona County RCMP investigate break and enter at Fire Hall

Strathcona County, Alta. – Strathcona County RCMP are currently investigating a break and enter that occurred at the Ardrossan Fire Hall.

Sometime between June 23, 2022 at 9 p.m. and June 27, 2022 at 11:30 a.m., the Ardrossan Fire Hall, located at 6 Main Street in Ardrossan was broken into. Unknown suspect(s) entered the Fire Hall through the back door and stole several pieces of unique firefighting equipment. The value of the equipment that was stolen is approximately $36,000.

Items stolen from the above location include:

  • Holmatro Portable Pump
  • Holmatro Mini Cutter
  • Holmatro Telescopic Ram
  • Univent Chain Saw
  • K Saw

Police are releasing images of the stolen items as this equipment is very specific to fight fighters and easily identifiable.
